NUM and Web Presence Partner for New Platform

We are delighted to announce that our tech partner Web Presence is working with our digital transformation team to develop and enhance features of the NUM platform that will greatly improve the user experience of reporting and alerting and the registration process.

We are delighted to be chosen by NUM to be their digital partner. The project fits with our social justice philosophy and we look forward to delivering a platform that will not only greatly improve user experience, but also help to change the lives of active, and former sex workers for the better. We’re so proud to be part of this great cause

-Paul Kutschmarski, Director, Web Presence

We have several improvements planned that will be co-developed and user-tested with sex workers who have varying experiences of technology. Our values of inclusion of sex workers as experts will ensure that what we build is not just a flashy website but fit for purpose, with features that are in direct response to the safety needs of sex working communities.

NUM and Web Presence are a great team to tackle this ambitious and exciting project. Everyone on board recognises the importance of sex worker input and between us we now have the resources and expertise we need to deliver a robust and dynamic digital platform that will meet the wants and needs of the community for which we work.

-Jade O'Neil, Digital Product Coordinator, NUM

NUM are excited to welcome our new tech partner Web Presence. We will be working together on the next steps of our digital transformation enhancing features on the NUM platform. Improving features like how users register, report, receive alerts and much more. User testing with stakeholders/the sex worker community is guiding this process.
